1. What we receive
   - The text you send in the request (for scan-code: the file paths and file contents you include).
   - Your b612 license key, sent in the "x-b612-key" header.

2. What we do with it
   - Source text is analysed in memory by deterministic pattern rules and discarded when the
     response is returned. It is not written to a database, object storage, or log.
   - No large language model is involved. Your code is never sent to any AI provider.
   - Your code is never sent to any third party, and is never used to train anything.

3. License key
   - The key is hashed (SHA-256) and only the hash is sent to our license endpoint for validation.
   - The plaintext key is never stored and never written to logs.
   - Validation results are cached in memory for a few minutes to reduce lookups.

4. Logs
   - Operational logs are produced by the hosting platform (Vercel) and contain request metadata
     such as timestamp, path, status code and IP address. They do not contain request bodies,
     so they do not contain your source code.

5. Limits and accuracy
   - Findings come from deterministic pattern matching. **False positives are possible.**
     Every finding states why it is dangerous and how to fix it; the final judgement is yours.
   - "Zero findings" is reported separately from "nothing could be scanned". Never read one as the other.
   - Requests are rate limited per IP. Request bodies are limited to 4 MB.
   - Provided as is, without warranty. Not legal advice: the compliance items are checkpoints for
     your own legal review, not a certification of compliance.

6. Availability
   - No uptime guarantee is offered on the public endpoint. Contact us for a service agreement.

3. ライセンスキー
   - キーは SHA-256 でハッシュ化し、**ハッシュのみ**を照合先に送ります。
   - 平文のキーは保存せず、ログにも出力しません。
   - 照合結果は数分間だけメモリ上に保持します（照会回数を抑えるため）。

4. ログ
   - 稼働ログはホスティング（Vercel）が生成し、日時・パス・ステータス・IPアドレス等の
     メタデータを含みます。**リクエスト本文は含まれない**ため、コードは含まれません。

5. 限界と精度
   - 指摘は決定的なパターン照合の結果であり、**誤検出はあり得ます。**
     各指摘には「なぜ危険か」「直し方」を必ず添えます。最終判断は利用者側で行ってください。
   - 「検出0件」と「検査できたファイルが0件」は必ず区別して報告します。混同しないでください。
   - IP 単位のレート制限があります。リクエスト本文は 4MB までです。
   - 現状有姿で提供し、保証は付きません。**法的助言ではありません。** 法令の項目は、
     利用者自身の法務確認のための確認事項であって、適法性を保証するものではありません。

6. 可用性
   - 公開エンドポイントに稼働率の保証はありません。SLA が必要な場合はご相談ください。

7. ご利用料金 / Pricing
   - 個人・受託開発者の方は、既存の月額ライセンスをそのままご利用いただけます。
   - エージェント（A2A）からの呼び出しは、**月額固定＋呼び出し上限**です。
     上限・規模により金額が変わるため、下記よりお問い合わせください。
   - Agent-to-agent access is priced as a monthly flat fee with a call cap.
     The cap depends on your volume — please contact us below.

8. 記録している利用状況と保存期間 / Usage records and retention
   ライセンスの管理と不正利用の防止のため、次の情報を記録しています。
   ソースコード・作業内容・生成物は含みません。
   (a) ライセンスごとの利用回数（累計・日別）、最終利用日時、使用中の版、接続経路
       … ライセンスは SHA-256 のハッシュで識別します。ご契約の管理に使うため、自動では削除しません。
   (b) 発信元の種類の数 … IPアドレスそのものは保存せず、salt付きハッシュで数えます。8日で自動削除します。
   (c) 端末ID（配布パッケージをお使いの場合のみ）… お使いのパソコンで作られるランダムな番号です。
       端末名や機器の情報は受け取りません。60日使われなければ自動削除します。
   (d) 同じライセンスの、別の端末との利用間隔 … 共有の検知のため。60日で自動削除します。
   (e) 公式LINE … LINEのユーザーID・表示名・友だち追加日時、ライセンスとの紐付け、同意日時、無料体験の利用有無。
   (f) LINEのメモ機能 … お使いの場合のみ、送られた本文と時刻を保存します。90日で自動削除します。
   (g) お支払い … 決済は Stripe 社が処理します。当社が持つのは Stripe 上の顧客・契約の識別子と契約状態で、カード番号は持ちません。
   (h) ホスティング（Vercel）の稼働ログ … 4. のとおり。保存期間はホスティング事業者の定めによります。

   We record, per license (identified by SHA-256 hash): usage counts, last use, version and access route
   (kept for license management); a count of distinct sources using salted hashes, not IP addresses (8 days);
   a random device ID for packaged installs only (deleted after 60 days unused); the interval between devices
   on the same license (60 days); LINE user ID, display name, license binding, consent time and trial usage;
   LINE memo text only if you use that feature (90 days); Stripe customer/subscription identifiers (no card numbers).

9. 無料体験の終了・解約のとき / When a trial ends or you cancel
   - 無料体験は、期間が終わると自動で停止します。料金は発生しません。
   - 停止・解約しても、8. の記録は自動では削除されません（保存期間を定めたものを除く）。

   - Trials stop automatically with no charge. Records in 8. are not deleted automatically on trial end

10. 削除のご依頼 / Deletion requests
   - 8. の記録の削除は、公式LINE（https://lin.ee/p3d8VMR）または info@hakuto-0209.com までご連絡ください。
     ご本人（ご契約者）であることを確認したうえで削除します。
   - 次の記録は削除できません: 無料体験を利用したかどうか（お一人さま1回の判定に必要なため）、
     法令により保存が必要な取引の記録。
   - To request deletion, contact us via LINE or info@hakuto-0209.com. We keep only the trial-usage flag
     (needed to limit one trial per person) and transaction records required by law.
